When MHR began its 2025 brand refresh, the website played a central role in bringing the new identity to life. The existing site no longer reflected the maturity of the product suite or the clarity of the updated brand strategy.
The main goal of the project was to create a digital experience that made MHR’s HR, payroll and finance solutions easy to understand, visually engaging, and genuinely helpful for customers exploring the platform for the first time.
I led the UI direction for the project, shaping the new visual language across layouts, product visuals, animations and illustration.
A large part of the challenge was distilling complex product features into clear, intuitive journeys. To support this, I developed fresh product imagery and motion sequences that helped explain how the software works while giving the brand a more modern, human feel.
Collaboration played a huge part in delivering the final site. I provided creative and art direction to our in house design team, worked closely with our internal web and digital teams, and partnered with our external development agency to ensure that the design vision was executed faithfully. Together, we delivered a website that not only reflects the updated brand but also feels more intuitive, accessible and engaging for customers. The end result is a site that better showcases MHR’s capabilities, clearer product storytelling, richer visual identity, and a much smoother user experience.
